Look for a man who treats, loves, and respects others like family. Find a man who is willing to talk. This man is filled with humility and respect, and treats you by the priceless, God-given worth that you have.

Look for a guy who can take care of himself, manage his finances, and prioritize his time. This is the beauty of a sanctifying marriage. That's freakish, weirdo stuff.

But once you get into the relationship, you realize things aren't as they seemed. But, the authority of Christ needs to take precedence over your physical drives. That would make God a gambler, and the Bible clearly says gambling is from the devil only joking. You are subject to parental authority. From love comes self-control.

It's dangerous riding on the road to marriage without an idea of where you are going. God doesn't set up marriage as a divine lottery where every person has one winning ticket. Find a guy who is willing to share his heart with you, because that is the deepest and most meaningful thing of all. That would be awesome, but it's not always realistic.
